  1. *wipes away tears of laughter*

I can't come up with anything to say, I'm laughing so hard. It's like that old man laugher that's all silent and wheezy.

  4. We actually had to make a "no singing Fresh Prince at the dinner table" rule, after hearing "In West Philadelphia born and raised..." one too many times.

  7. I love your kids. And I'm so glad we're not the only ones who let our kids watch Fresh Prince. It's a great show, but sometimes I'm surprised at the difference between the overly sanitized Disney/Nickelodeon and regular T.V.

  16. Who can resist the Fresh Prince!!!??? ;)

We were stuck inside last weekend way too much (stupid 100 degree plus weather) and I broke out the late 80s dance tunes. Who knew that kids love It Takes Two? (Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock baby)

  17. Now is that "pimpin' homie mama" as in you are a mama who is pimpin' homies? Or are you a homie mama who happens to be pimpin'? I am confused by the grammatical ambiguity here, as pimpin' can serve as both a verb and an adjective.

  18. LOL! Looks like you need to have a discussion with your child....... :-)) Does she use that phrase at work as well, perhaps for the teacher?

  23. Be thankful that she's still old skool. Once she starts calling you stuff and you have no idea what it means, you're in trouble.

  28. How funny- because when my husbands friends ask me "what's up?" I break into: "Chillen out maxxin' relaxin' all cool..." What's funnier is most of them keep the song going. I loved me some fresh prince and will still catch the reruns once in a while.
